Returns

We are unable to accept hair extension returns for a refund.

**All sales are final**.

We will happily exchange any Hair Integrity hair extension packages that have not been opened or tampered with within 10 days of the date that you receive your hair extensions as all hair extension packages will arrive at you fully sealed. 

This is our way of ensuring all of our customers receive a hygienic product.

We will provide a swatch sample with your order so you can be assured to the hairs quality.

If you are looking to return your hair extensions for exchange:

1. You must contact us first at (you@hairintegrity.com) within 5 days of the date that you receive your hair extensions.  You will need to provide us with your order number so that we can issue you with instructions, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a return address to ship your item for exchange back to us.

 

2. **A postal tracking number is required** in order to protect you in case your package gets lost and to ensure that we receive your return. Hair Integrity will not be responsible for lost items.

All Hair Integrity hair extensions must be shipped back within 10 days unopened in its original packaging and the packaging must not be altered in any way or an exchange will not be issued. 

All return packages will be thoroughly inspected to ensure that the package has not been opened or tampered with prior to an exchange.

Opened merchandise will not be exchanged and will be returned at your expense.

Hair Integrity Extensions packages are sealed.  We ask that you please do not open the seal as all seals must remain attached for all exchanges.

YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 5 DAYS of receiving your extensions if the hair is not to your liking and to receive your RMA number in order to be eligible for an exchange.

3.  Returned merchandise must be sent within 10 days of receipt of your order. 

4. All exchanges must include the original invoice. 

5. If the exchange item(s) costs more, we will contact you to obtain the payment for the additional amount.

 6. If the exchange item(s) costs less, the difference will be refunded back to you by your original method of payment.

**PLEASE NOTE: ALL RETURNS FOR ORDERS WILL REQUIRE AN RMA NUMBER AND A TRACKING NUMBER**.

 

RETURN SHIPPING POLICY

Return Shipping Costs

1.  You are responsible for all shipping costs including shipping returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. This includes shipping fees for an exchange.

SHIPPING FEES ARE NON- REFUNDABLE

2.  Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee.

We recommend you use the cheapest registered airmail method that is available.

**We will only accept your hair extension return for an exchange via a tracking number as we will not be held responsible for lost returns**.

 We will confirm receipt of the returned item by email.

 IMPORTANT: Exchanges sent with no RMA number will not be exchanged and ou will have to pay for shipping for the item to be returned.

 

When will you receive your exchange?

We will send your hair extensions within 3 days after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened and the security seal was not tampered with or removed.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel an order you have placed with Hair Integrity you must contact customer support by email (you@hairintegrity.com) Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information.

Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for an exchange (minus shipping costs).

We do not ship on Sundays or Holidays.
